Bright Minds Child Care Center will offer care & supervision to children 2 to 6 years of age, our programs are designed to meet the needs of both children and families through specific goals and objectives. We focus on building off of the strengths of each child, taking advantage of every teachable moment.
Meals
Bright Minds Child Care Center serves breakfast, snacks and lunchtime meals. Meals are prepared on-site. We provide a variety of new and comfort foods, including fruits and vegetables, grains, and other healthy foods choices. Mealtime is a fun and social time for the children and the staff.
Potty Training
We welcome children who have not yet been potty trained and work with parents to assist them train their children. For children, the procedure is extremely encouraging and beneficial, allowing them to develop more self-reliant and responsible. If your child is in the process of potty-training, please make sure they have at least two full sets of clothes, as well as diapers or pull-ups at the school each day.
Holidays
The Center is open year-round Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm. Closure Dates; New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King Jr. 's Birthday, President’s Day, Spring Holiday, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, 2 days for Thanksgiving, and Christmas Break. You will receive a school calendar that lists all school holidays and school events that are scheduled throughout the year.
Safety
Your child’s safety is a major concern, and our drop-off and pick-up procedures are designed with this in mind. An adult who is on the authorized signature/signage list is to sign the child in/out every day, with a full signature and time of day. To ensure all children benefit from the daily classroom activities, and outdoor activities, it is important to arrive at school on time. At the time of drop-off, your child will be guided to put their belongings away and greet their friends.
